WHAT IS THE NDIS?

The National Disability Insurance Scheme, (the NDIS), is a way of supporting people with disabilities in Australia. Before the NDIS, organisations received block funding and delivered pre-determined services. Now, people receive their own funding and purchase the supports that they want to receive. As an NDIS provider in Melbourne, we are excited about the opportunities people have under the scheme.
